We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, we
understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.
All ordered items will automatically be back ordered if they
are not available from stock. You will be sent an email informing you
of the likely delivery timescale.
Most of our deliveries are carried out by Parcelforce, the state-owned
parcel delivery company which is part of Consignia. Note that very small
value items are often sent by normal Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
All items should be with you in less than 5 days subject to availability.

Discontinued Products
If your product status shows 'no availability', this is due to
the manufacturers informing us that this product is no longer manufactured.
Therefore we are unable to source this product for you, and recommend that you remove this item from your order and select a replacement.
